All shredding is done in our truck, at your site – typically in your parking lot or loading dock. Our state-of-the-art truck shreds the paper internally and the entire process is recorded with a built-in camera (view our mobile shredding process here). When we leave your site – your papers and products have been destroyed. If you use our regularly scheduled document destruction service this means we never touch your documents – they go from the security bins we've provided for your office right into our truck. If you use our one-time paper shredding service we simply carry your boxes, or piles of papers to the truck and immediately shred them. Many paper shredding companies collect papers from multiple businesses, bring them back to a warehouse, and sort them for recycling. They are touched by many hands, and may never actually be shredded – the opportunities for information ending up in the wrong hands are numerous. 2. Highest Security Rating
IntelliShred has been awarded the highest security rating, "AAA Certified" by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). NAID acts as an independent, nationwide, auditor, checking a shredding company's compliance for a secure destruction process including such areas as operational security, employee hiring and screening, the destruction process, responsible disposal, insurance and many other areas. They award their highest rating to only a select few companies that meet these stringent security standards. In fact, fewer than 1 in 4 New Jersey shredding companies have been AAA Certified by NAID.

With IntelliShred a quote is a quote, not an estimate. Many companies provide estimates under the guise of quotes and you'll typically pay more when the shredding is done. With IntelliShred what you are quoted – is what you'll pay and it is guaranteed in writing

Our "On Time Or Shred For Free" service guarantee is simple. For our regularly scheduled paper shredding customers if we're not on time – you don't pay for the shredding.

5. Money-Saving Technology
IntelliShred is committed to leading edge technology that often saves our customers money. For our regularly scheduled customers we use a hand-held computer to track how full the security bins are each time we empty them. We print out an on-the-spot usage receipt and we also enter the information in our computer system. This allows us to track your usage over time and if you are underutilizing your bins we can either remove some, or change the service frequently. The result – your price can be reduced up to 15% or more. Most paper shredding companies offer you one way pricing – it can only go up. With IntelliShred your actual long-term usage determines your price.

6. Unmatched Insurance Protection
Most document destruction companies carry one million dollars ($1,000,000) in general liability insurance. IntelliShred carries eight million dollars ($8,000,000) as well as Errors and Omission Insurance. If there is a catastrophic break in security and confidential information is exposed - most companies insurance won't cover a worst case scenario – ours will.

7. Certified Service Representatives
Service Represntatives can be the most pivotal person in the document destruction process. IntelliShred will not allow an employee inside your office until they have completed a three-step certification process. First, we conduct a complete pre-employment criminal background check and submit a report to an auditor from the National Association for Information Destruction (part of the reason we have been awarded NAID's highest security rating of AAA). Then the newly hired driver completes 82 hours of classroom and on the job training, before they are allowed to service a client by themselves. Finally to maintain their certification, all drivers must submit to ongoing, random drug testing by an independent firm and comply with our appearance and behavior standards.
